Excellent, supportive, informative and a thorough experience which has proved invaluable and empowering. I felt comfortable and confident with Katie and the team as did my daughter. My 7yr old daughter has been through the Dyslexia and Dyscalculia assessments, led by Katie. The whole process was positive and incredibly helpful. I did quite a bit of research into assessors to ensure we selected the right partner to support us. Katie was extremely attentive, kind, informative and thorough. She put my daughter at complete ease with her kindness and encouragement, whereby she enjoyed her two assessments spanning 4 hours. I also felt confident we were in great hands due to the personal experience and accreditations the assessors have. Also the thoroughness of information sought by the assessment centre beforehand (questionnaires etc) specific to our daughter was very good. It gave me confidence they were providing a specific approach to our daughter and her needs, despite results needing to fit into a box for diagnosis reasons. We suspected our daughter has learning challenges and wish to support her overcoming some tricky barriers and empowering her to continue to love learning and not find it scary, stressful and like shes the only one struggling. Katie and the team have helped a huge amount already. We are awaiting the follow up report which sounds incredibly helpful and informative and we have no doubt the information, tools and recommendations as well as the opportunity to join online workshops will be invaluable to us as a family (and teachers) to support our daughter build confidence throughout her learning. Katie has been absolutely fantastic. A huge thanks for your support.

We have had a fantastic experience right from speaking to Jayne at the very start to my daughter thoroughly enjoying her assessments with Katie. We are so pleased we chose Dyslexia North West as they have been so kind, thoughtful and professional throughout. It has been such a positive experience right from the start.

Highly recommend Dyslexia Centre North West. Jayne rang me back very quickly and really listened to the problems my son and I had faced. Wendy assessed James a few weeks later and made me feel vindicated and validated with just a few observations she made when we spoke. She had understood and got the measure of my son within one hour of meeting him. Amazing. Hugw relief. Thank you.

Professional, welcoming and informative throughout, whether communicating online or face to face. Assessment is always daunting, but regular breaks factored in over the 2 sessions helped to ease any anxieties felt. A great team to work with.
