Drakes Dental Care

Came today to Smart Dental (formerly Drakes) for an emergency appointment and was really looked after by all the staff. Tracy on reception was very kind and caring. I saw Amina the dentist. Despite the appointment over-running well past closing time, she still gave me a full consultation and carried out all the remedial work I needed to a very high standard. I felt really at ease with her and the dental assistant the whole time and cannot praise them enough. I would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone.

Worst service and care I have ever had with als being charged too much. Raised complaints raised only to be ignored. Avoid at all costs.

I have always had excellent care & treatment here, as have all my family. Amena the dentist is very professional & takes very good care of you. The dental assistants & staff on reception are very friendly & helpful too. I have understood in the past when checkups had to be rearranged for emergency slots, which has never caused us a problem.

This place is a disgrace, they have cancelled my appointments for the last three years, numerous times and the staff at the till (because is not a reception) are rude and totally unhelpful. Stay well away from this place
