So I'm going to give an honest and factual review. We took my car in for a service and straight after, my car wasn't running well. It then struggled to start up. We advised the garage and they took a look at it. They said it was fine and returned it to us. Within days, the car broke down fully. The valve had broken. The fault hadn't been found by the garage. They blamed it on the sensors. Had it been found, it would have been a smaller fix and I'd still have my car. Tom, the owner, advised me he'd never come across this in his 40 years where he was unable to diagnose the fault. I have been very reasonable and rang Tom in the hope that he would apologise for misdiagnosing the fault as something to do with the sensors. I received no apology. I then asked him to consider a refund on the service due to the misdiagnosis. I now can't get through to him over the phone. I'm really gutted as we were hoping to build a long lasting, trusting relationship with a local garage. I've given the 2* because Tom did seem pleasant.
