Having recently purchased 2 washing machines from this Company and paid for delivery, installation & removal of an old machine, their couriers were most unhelpful. They were not allowed to unplug the old machine (3 pin plug) & as a result the new machines were taken away. When I reported this to Alexanders, they were most unhelpful. I shall not be dealing with them again. Terrible service.

Whoever want to buy a freezer from this company please think twice...I bought 3 freezer fr from this company and I still had valuntee..one freezer no working I call engineer to check out and he said something went wrong with motor and he can't fix it ..I call to the company because not one year old yet ..company ask me to send a big freezer to them and I have to pay a cost and then they will open it and check if something wrong by our side we have to pay for delivery for them to send it back to us ..they don't even have engineering to send out...it so bad for company like this to do it to customer...we try to call and customer service don't want to do anything about it...please if u want to buy anything for for business just think carefully about this company...I hope my review can help people..I don't want them to be stuck with this company like me...

As a charity we bought a semi commercial whirlpool washing machine and dryer stacker as we were told it would be sufficient for our needs and more cost effective than buying cheaper one's from any other appliance distributor. 2 weeks before the 12 month warranty ended the dryer failed. 2 weeks after the 12 month warranty had ended we started having issues with the washing machine and it is now completely not working and we have to pay a further 250 directly to Whirlpool to repair as Alexanders wanted to charge us 340+ VAT, only 13 months from purchase. The machines are not fit for purpose and should come with at least a 2 year warranty for the cost & quality of the machines. In future we will be using other well known appliance distributors whose machines are half the price and come with the same warranty and are a lot easier and cheaper to fix.
