DC Merrett

I am very pleased with the overall DC Merrett service. Andy, the driver and operative, was polite, professional and efficiently emptied my bio digester plant on site at its annual emptying routine. The staff at DC Merrett in all are friendly and responsive and its great to deal with such a caring family concern. They go the extra mile. You are made to feel appreciated and valued as a customer. Well done to them all and Ill certainly be using their services in the future. Typical old school, traditional type of company.

Great Company what i would call a good old school company that does exactly what it says on the tin. Start to finish from order placed with Nick who was a pleasure to deal with to Andy who came out .Its just nice to have a guy come to your property that is Happy to do the job no moaning straight to it smashing to talk to with good advice great guy. Andy even advised our neighbours on their tank whilst he was here 5 stars then add some.

We had a septic tank issue that needed an emergency response. Where other firms couldnt help us we were told by another company to try DC Merrett. I rang them and they sent someone to save the day. Dan was on time, professional and friendly. We will be using DC Merrett for our regular emptying from now on. I recommend them without any reservations at all. Thank you Dan and Ellie, we appreciate your help and you did a great job.

One of there drivers nearely killed me my wife and five young children at a roundabout at bramley in leeds top of hough Lane he was on the phone whilst driving a hgv truck got a sorry from daughter of owner of company not a very good business
