The Reading Doctor, Gloucester

Liz has been absolutely wonderful. We asked for her help with our summer born daughter when she started year 2 almost a year behind expected. Liz has helped her so much that she has not only caught up, but is now ahead! Our daughter loves her time with liz. I would recommend her to everyone!

My child has made huge progress as reader with Lizs help. Shes gone from a very reluctant reader to one who is prepared to try and comfortable asking for help. And these were online lessons as we could not find someone local enough to do in-person lessons.

We have facilitated the Reading Doctor over the last year. Pupils really enjoyed the sessions with Liz, as each session, whilst progressive, focused on the needs of the pupil. The set up for the learning area and the resources that are used really engage the pupils and this helps build their confidence with reading and self -esteem. Liz enabled the pupils to make good progress and this, along with a positive tutor/ pupil relationship, leads to positive outcomes.

Liz is wonderful! Our son was reluctant to read and write and really lacking in confidence. After 4 sessions we have already seen a huge improvement at home and at school. More importantly our son loves going to the sessions. Thank you Liz!

Liz Price is a phenomenal teacher who greets each child as unique and teaches to their ability/ learning style. With a wealth of experience she has helped my daughter for over two years and has started to teach my two sons too. The Reading Doctors resources go above and beyond any classroom. I would highly recommend to any parent who is wishing to support their childs education and development.
