When we arrived on the Monday it was just before 4PM (check in time), and it turns up everyone is doing the same thing. So there was a long line of cars waiting to get it in and waiting for the gates to rise to let us check in.
When the gate rises it moves quickly and you are told which bay to drive up to.
There is then a person who explains how things works and gives you your rfid key / band. They then tell you to follow the signs for the room.
Quick and simple.
