        Came to the team this morning with a slight maintenance problem in the apartment, within an hour all had been rectified and fixed. Cant fault the team and their response.

        We went to Center Parcs Longleat in late September 2020 so there were limited number of people which was perfect. When we arrived there were no batteries at all in the remotes for the TVs in the rooms we had. Which is annoying as there is literally nothing to do entertainment wise at nights at center Parcs. We tried to contact them at night but we couldn't get through. So we went there the next day and explained the situation and they said the previous guests must have taken the batteries. So they quickly supplied us with more batteries. Problem solved. Quick resolution.
