        We were at the toddler zone for an add-on activity for 2yo - it was just fantastic, the little kids all harnessed up and learning how to climb and traverse the various bridges. Made for a really fun morning for them with a really cool surprise at the end for them too! Would recommend for those visiting Centre Parcs Longleat with small children.

        Mini Trek is great for smaller kids. A real confidence builder. Staff are great with the kids too.

        We booked the family activities over the phone so everyone had their turn to enjoy the last day. The activity staff couldnt find our booking when we arrived so our time slots were pushed back while it was sorted out. By the end of the day we were late for the last activity because of the delays in the day. The staff gave a mechanical apology with a couldnt care less attitude. They issued a refund but had no interest in finding out why there was so many delays. We complained to the manager in the plaza. She said the complaints procedure had been followed and there was no way to make a formal complaint. She also stated that no one would look into why it happened but she would note in on the computer. The whole experience ruined the end of the weekend. We will not be returning for a repeat weekend.
