Went for a coffee on Friday 21 April '23 @ Starbucks @ Longleat, mid afternoon - the place was packed. Karen approached me as she could see I was looking for a table and asked if she could help, said bear with her and she'd see if anyone was ready to leave. Found us a table immediately, cleaned the table and brought me a water, my friends were queuing and I so appreciated her help - fantastic customer service and she was so lovely I wanted to share this feedback

The lime drink looked nothing like the photo behind the counter, and for the price I expected it to taste a lot better than it did. Garbage.
