We had a new boiler system installed by Woodchurch Plumbing. When you have any work done like this, you have to trust the contractors that they will do a good job and comply with Building Regulations! Whilst the boiler seems to work okay, they have caused serious issues for us because they did not follow Building Regulations. The Discharge Pipe from the hot water tank (as per the manual and Building Regulations should discharge into a pipe outside the building into a drain but they took the pipe into the wall cavity. So, unbeknown to us, we have had the overflow going into our wall. This has come to our attention because our electricity kept tripping out and eventually we were able to isolate the electric issue and have discovered we now also have a damp issue in that wall. Of course we have tried to get in touch with them but no answer on the number listed on their web page and also no facility to leave a message! We also had new radiators installed throughout the house and they did not move the pipes to fit the radiators, they just bent them to fit! I have since had this put right at further cost. I would not recommend this company. Service: Water heater installation
