David has a extensive knowledge of training for specific sports and tailoring routines and exercises to your sport. Not a practicing martial artist. he has shown me other ways like looking at dietary needs and to get power and strength into my squash games. To get my body in better condition for gruelling matches. And different weight exercises to stop my training from being mundane and more varied and exciting.

I really enjoy the workouts David sets up for us. They are always challenging but never beyond our capabilities, so I feel a sense of achievement when we've completed them. They are also different every week so it doesn't get boring. Highly recommended. Neil Davis.
