        Excellent service from Collets - particular from Krishna who was so patient and thorough with my uncle finding out exactly what he required and what would suit his life. Couldnt recommend this practice more - lovely staff.

        My daughter and I were given such a lovely, warm welcome by the team. Everyone was helpful and polite, as well as very patient. They were recommended because they were also so patent with my elderly grandmother who suffers with dementia. Great work from all involved.

        The receptionist and optician were pleasant and helpful. However I found the dispensing optician was rude and unfriendly. Her rudeness made me take my business elsewhere
