I've never met people more in a hurry than here to tell you they don't have time. I didn't even get out of the car. Someone came out and told me that it's useless to try to talk to someone to help us, because they only have availability in 3 weeks. They didn't even want to listen to what the problem is, even though the car is under warranty. I went to another service where they solved everything in 5 minutes. That's it! 5 minutes. This happened on March 1st, 2023.

I bought my first Kia from a second hand dealer and it had multiple minor issues, I booked it in to have the issues investigated and they fixed all the issues even though the fuses that were replaced not under warranty they still done it free of charge. Much appreciated. All staff are professional and polite. Top customer service.
