        In my opinion the care is well below acceptable standards. Basic kindness and compassion is absent. Incompetence or worse. Very sad to think vulnerable people are in your care.

        I have always found the staff to be very kind at Northbourne Court, my mother enjoys the home and always comments on how empathetic her carers are. The home has worked hard to ensure that I can visit and they have robust Covid testing procedures which is very reassuring.
