        Disappointed that on two separate occasions we were refused entry to the games room by the same member of staff despite the room being available in person and on the calendar online. Our experience at the shop appears to depend completely on which staff member is on site. The room was not available from 4pm. We attempted to book an hour from 2.15pm. It seems the staff are happy to disappoint children rather than wipe down surfaces quickly between uses.

        Friendly and helpful staff with a great range of merch and manga. I would recommend to manga and anime fans as well as Fans of Pokemon and card games!
