Great service, main office is local to me so I called ahead and was given an appointment for the same day! The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and super helpful. The guy who did my moulds was great, listened to what I wanted and gave me good advice about the best products for motorcycle use. They even have an express service which is great and I'm looking forward to collecting soon.

My Musician's earplug fit perfectly. They're comfortable to use even for longer periods of time. Ultimate products are reasonably priced and offer great quality.

Brilliant. Got the Bluetooth Soundear for use on the bike, connected to the phone and the fit and comfort when riding is superb. Would advise anyone to give them a try, easy to deal with. Thanks.

These are great earplugs. I do alot of wind tunnel (indoor Skydiving) coaching, so I chose the unfiltered ones, and found these really comfortable and effective at blocking out alot of the noise. I wish I had also gone for the filtered ones for Skydiving in the sky now as well! Thanks so much Ultimate Ear Protection

I made a few enquires about this type of product, Ultimate Ear were and still are the only company who responded and were very helpful with my enquiries. I placed an order for the sound ear bluetooth plugs using their 5 day turnaround service and they arrived earlier than promised. This is a first class product and the noise reduction is a game changer, definitely the best noise protection I've tried in 35 years of riding. Comfort is great, you forget they are there and the sound quality far exceeded what I expected. I have my volume set at just over a quarter setting and even at motorway speeds the music is crystal clear and my road awareness doesn't feel impeaded. They stay in place due to a perfect fit, and don't move or fall out when putting on and taking off your helmet. I can see why F1 teams work with them. Thanks Guys, keep up the good work.
