Adam has recently helped tirelessly with my lease extension. He has handled the process in the most professional manner from start to finish and always kept me informed. My case involved dealing with a very difficult freeholder and his surveyor. Many people would have backed down but Adam reassured me along the way. The lease extension went all the way to a tribunal hearing where Adam also represented me in the courtroom. Adam put together a strong case and quite simply destroyed the opposition! He managed to negotiate the premium way lower than expected and he has saved me many thousands! I cant thank Adam enough and I would urge anyone considering a lease extension to use him. Adam completed a lease extension valuation on my property. He explained the lease extension process in a clear and friendly manner and dealt with valuation efficiently. After reviewing the freeholder's counter offer he advised it was reasonable and recommended that I accept it, resulting in myself with a happy outcome and avoiding further valuation and legal costs. I would not hesitate recommending Adam.

Used when next door was doing building work came round once phoned twice and e mailed not interested .Next door dug fence up and brick work underneath dug my drain up still has not fixed fence or put posts back they dug up .. Complete waste of time using the above.
