We recently used RT drafting solutions for the renovation of our house. Ryan was brilliant from day one, his ideas were great. He helped with the turnaround on planning permission and got everything we wanted approved. Every query we have had hes responded and has really made this renovation go as smooth as possible. Ryan did a great job with our plans, such a quick and friendly service and we got planning permission with exactly what we wanted. Ryan came to see as when we wanted him to come and he gave us lots of good advice. His contacts also helped us to use people that got our extension done quickly and efficiently.. I would recommend using Ryan.

At first appeared very helpful but once money was paid and drawings needed alterations ignored phone calls and texts and missed all deadlines he gave. Would not use again or recommend to anyone.

We used RT Drafting Solutions recently for an extension and complete internal alterations. We cant praise Ryan enough for his ideas, attention to detail, and fast acceleration during the planning permission process. He went the extra mile for us and nothing was too much trouble when we asked him to come back to readjust a few things that wed changed our minds on. We would highly recommend Ryan to anyone needing an Architect

Ryan helped us with our single storey extension. He provided us with amazing service from start to finish including letting us know step by step. He was very responsive/ contactable. We will definitely use him again if we need future work.
