Voyage Care: Brook Lodge

My brother is a resident at Brooklodge and is well cared for, he loves going out on daily visits. He has holidays which he really enjoys. The staff are friendly also welcoming when we visit and will do anything for him. The home is a clean environment and my brother is always clean and tidy. Tammy will always keep all of my family updated with my brothers well being, and we are notified of any incidents that occur. She manages a well run home, and always finds time to talk should we need to.

Brook Lodge is expertly run by a very strong management and support team . Tammy and Steph are the most supportive management team I've ever worked for. They support staff on shift at the drop of a hat . They don't expect staff to do anything that they won't do. Brook Lodge is immaculately clean, all areas are deep cleaned daily. Food is plentiful and the people we support have a choice of two meals at all times. Residents are supported in a wide range of activities including horse riding, swimming ,golf ,kick boxing , lunch out at local cafs and garden centres and cookery and arts and craft activities. Staff are supported in their roles by the strong management team and receive excellent training provided by the Voyage Care in- house training team. Management regularly work along side staff and during my time working at Brook Lodge I have found them to be very supportive and approachable. I would highly recommend Brook Lodge as not only an excellent place to work but also a safe for and caring environment for residents .

Brook Lodge is very well run with excellent management and good caring helpful staff. The residents are very well cared for. Meals are varied and well balanced. Cleanliness is good and furnishings are good quality. Residents are supported to go out to various activities depending on their ability to horse riding, driving range golf, kick boxing, cooking, coffee, lunches and shopping. Art and cooking in house. An excellent home for residents/service users.
