Can't rate highly enough. MTS rapidly surveyed and fixed my roof issues during their Christmas shutdown, despite and the weather conditions being seriously adverse. At all times they were friendly, punctual and professional. Their work completely resolved my roof issues and they even left the scaffolding area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I cannot review any work carried out unfortunately, as we are still waiting for quotes from this company. However I can review their professionalism and communication, or rather, lack of it. On 16th September, Natalie came to look at the job required. We wanted 3 quotes - one of them was an urgent one - to repair a roof leak as we had rain dripping through our kitchen ceiling. We were impressed as to how professional and informative Natalie was. She said that it may take a week to get the quotes to us. However, 7 weeks later and we still have no quotes. I have contacted the company twice to find out any information and was told that they would find out and get back to me. I double checked that they had my correct email and phone number. Still no contact from them. I understand that companies have a backlog of work due to Covid, however it would have been professional to have contacted us and made us aware of the issues instead of keeping us in the dark. This company has had some good reviews and I regret having to post this unfavourable review, but other potential customers need to be aware that something is lacking with this company at the moment.
