The Old Farm

Beautiful accommodation thank you for allowing us to stay. All you needed and a few extras. A great place to take children and also accommodate dogs. A little garden for the kids to play. Hot tub on request with a self enclosed area. Outside the accommodation is a small farm holdings by the same couple. Pig, chickens, donkeys and a play area with a few outdoor toys.

Rooms: Beautiful and very well cared for 2 families staying together absolutely ideal. 2 family rooms and bathroom upstairs, one bedroom with ensuite downstairs opposite hot tub outside. On middle level kitchen and lounge. If you watch TV it's minimal because sky does not work properly. Signal is bad in the country. Phone signal was also poor. WiFi works again not well. Nearby activities: Pubs, shops for food and restaurants within driving and walking distance. All other shops need a car. Some really great shops in Ross on Wye and Gloucester. If you have electric car make sure you have a swarco account and card for one in Ross on Wye or a Genie rfid card. In Gloucester we found 2 Instavolt chargers but more than a half hour drive away. These are the best and easiest normal chargers you can use your bank or credit cards but not the other two. Only stayed a week this is all we needed. Walkability: Beautiful walks countryside adorable. Food & drinks: All tea coffee etc catered for in cottage. Everything you needed is here. Owners very amiable and cared for us all including baby.
