Furniture Components

Unfortunately, would not recommend. 2 weeks after their initial visit to measure up, we had to chase them to actually get a quote. Eventually the price was agreed, paid in full and a delivery date offered. We were informed the day before the delivery was due that the plinths were damaged and replacements would take a couple of days. We had to help the delivery driver with the heavy items as he was on his own. No drawings were supplied so our Joiner had to work out how and where everything went. Eventually the units were fitted and it was discovered that the replacement plinths were the wrong size due to and error by Furniture Components. The correct plinths are now ready nearly a week later and we have to incur more costs due to their errors. Emailed them to express our dissatisfaction and eventually received a reply that was totally unacceptable. The worst company i have ever had the unfortunate please to deal with.

A good store for built in furniture. They manufacture kitchen, bedroom and bathroom units. The sales team are friendly and helpful, and the storeroom is large and covers virtually all of their ranges. They only provide the units and can purchase the additional items, e.g. ovens, etc, and they can recommend fitters. We did have some minor problems with our wardrobes, but they resolved them quickly.

Every day I sit at the dressing table that this company designed and had built for me, and wonder when it will finally collapse. Save your well earned money and go to a professional outfit. Dont be convinced by the fancy showroom, and save yourself a meeting with the arrogant owner when it all goes pair shaped. Avoid.

would not recommend the products supplied by this company . We moved into a new house 4 years ago , the kitchen was supplied by furniture components . The units are coated/sprayed which is lifting and looks a mess . We have been told this is caused by excess water damage . This kitchen has never been exposed to excess water . We do use water when cooking and or washing up . The kitchen does not tolerate any water and is therefore not fit for purpose . The draws have split next to the dishwasher , the explanation from the company is that we must be opening the dishwasher before its finished .The company have offered to carry out repairs but only on a one off basis . What are we supposed to do moving forward , stop using the dishwasher and stop using water in the kitchen . Very poor product .
