Went in with my measurements in inches lol he was really quick and coverted to metres , I picked carpet and the price was good , the fitters came , even though in the morning I had a crisis whilst securing floorboards and nailed through a pipe , they put me last on tge list , they came and the fitting was excellent and they took all rubbish with them professionally done and pleasant good job , looks amazing

Really bad experience and job still not finished!! Steve was very helpful when choosing and making the purchase of carpet and floor covering. There was some communication confusion regarding boarding of a hall floor before the floor covering was laid but we did that and the fitter Craig assured he would come back to finish the fitting. That was over 2 weeks ago and still a no show. On the day of the fitting Craig and his partner showed a total lack of respect for the property, chipping wooden spindles on staircase and causing a chip in a newly plastered, painted wall. Whilst I know they do not take away the debris after the fitting, to leave it stacked against the newly plastered and decorated wall was unacceptable. Craig conducted a face time call with family whilst he was fitting the runner up the stairs which is probably why it is slightly off centre :( Total dissapointment and would highly recomment you check who the fitters are before allowing into your home.

Lovely experience having vinyl floor from here, all staff friendly and approachable and left us to it to browse after a polite introduction, loads to choose from, good quality and fit perfectly :) highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Daves Carpet Warehouse highly enough. It's the second time I've used their services and they are just outstanding. Today, I walked in with my room measurements and hoping to get some carpet, underlay and fitting ASAP, but when Dave makes a quick call to the fitters and says 'They can fit you in in an hour?' ..I mean you cannot get more prompt and professional service than that! Thank you boys, we will definitely be back!
