Absolutely over the moon with the overall finish of our garage conversion into a living room and utility room. The team are so professional and hard working and have great attention to detail. Communication was amazing all the way through, I would highly recommend this company.

If you are thinking about a garage conversion - do yourself a huge favour & look no further. My partner and I did our homework and got 5 quotes from different companies. When Martin arrived he seemed to 'get' what we wanted from the space in the garage. The Company sent us the most detailed quote - detailed almost down to the last . The quote was extremely fair and realistic for the standard of work they provided in the end We wanted 3 separate work areas within the garage and that is exactly what we have - a wonderful downstairs shower suite, a very handy utility & washroom area and enough room for a home office for myself and my partner. We chose Garage Connection because we just had a good feeling about the company, as they were so friendly, detailed and efficient - text & email - wise. Once the work started we were amazed at the hard work that Martin, Matt, Paulina & the team put into making our experience as undisruptive as possible. The team were on time with the work, they were very neat and tidy, they helped us make the right choices on fixtures and fittings, they were always polite and were never ever intrusive of our privacy. They only finished work on our garage conversion yesterday and already we miss them, truly. Highly recommend Garage Connection who completed a substantial Edwardian Renovation to a very high standard. Scope of work: 1. Break through and make good 3 walls to convert a kitchen dining and entrance hall into a single area. Complex structural work had to be completed with no collateral damage. Amazing result! 2. Drop and replace ceilings 3. Take lathe and plaster walls back to brick and overboard. 4. Modify chimney breast to take a hob and extractor What made the difference: Matt and Martin have a relentless attention to detail that covers all they do and is expected of their team too. I was on site during the renovations doing the work where their skills werent required and got to see first hand how they work. Communication has been excellent and proactive through out with complete transparency around challenges or setbacks and agreeing how we would approach these. I terms of sticking to budget this has been excellent and where creep has appeared it was initiated by me and cost impacts agreed in advance. I will actively seek them out again for another project and wait if I have to, so they can pick up the work.
