        Ordered barbecue ribs and special fried rice....Omg what a mistake!!! no barbecue flavour on ribs .. Rice salty greasy..never again

        Shocking website an online/phone customer service!! I placed my order at 5:30pm, I chose Delivery at 6:30pm for tonight and pay on the door. I had to create an account in the first instance. After I placed the order as above, the confirmation came through as Collection at 5:55pm, there is no option on the website to amend or to cancel the order, only to ring up. I rang to explain, thinking the lady would take my name and amend the order to "delivery at 6:30pm", instead she said ring back in 5 minutes. I rang back and she said your order is for collection? I said that what I was trying to explain to you 5mins ago, no it's for delivery at 6:30pm. She said delivery is 1.50 (when it states FREE on orders under 15.00 on website) I thought free due to my postcode as it's about 5-10 min walk. She then said order will be there no earlier than 7pm. I said it's ok, please cancel my order, I thought an extra 30min wait and to be charged an additional 1.50.... She said that's fine and hung up!! They obviously don't need the custom
