        Went in this afternoon, not too busy, ordered 2 rib-eye steaks at 17.95, mine was 30% fat and gristle, my wife's was 70% uneatable due to the same. Mentioned it to a member of staff who said he would tell the chef, came back and offered a replacement steak, which we declined, he then said that they would notify the butcher. Doesn't appear to be any concern or customer care in place. The second time in 2 weeks that we've had a problem there. Won't be going back.
