I would like to thank Tracey for the professional, compassionate and determined support, help and response you have provided me with from the start. Your service is again second to non. I took out Critical Illness/Sickness Cover last year with your advice. I was quite reluctant at first with the extra cost of it but really glad I did. After being hospitalised with a heart condition in July which was caused by a random stomach bug, I am extremely grateful for your advice and guidance. Your response time and guidance was impeccable and after I enititially contacted you (as always) it took only 10 hours for the insurance to kick in. As I am self employed, without this cover I would no doubt be in a very difficult situation financially. At 35 years old, I never expected to need to claim on the insurance and would definitely recommend people take some sort of protection.
