Bought a second hand rayburn 680kcd from warren , straight to the point kinda guy , Customer service could be better but did eventually get chrome lids after ones on cooker were scratched .

Wow! Just phoned them to enquire about one of their agas with the serious intention of hopefully placing an order. He was literally the most miserable person i've ever spoken to. One word answers, could not care less! Told him he can go stick his aga. Someone please give this man some urgent training in how to politely talk to customers.

Sold our Rayburn to this company which included its removal. Straightforward and to the point arriving on time and removing the Rayburn efficiently and professionally. Thank you.

We can't fault his service. Warren is not a man to stop and chitchat, he is dedicated to his trade and business and is not a salesman. He has a wide range of refurbished Rayburns and it is a case of this is what I have, which do you like, do you want it? We first visited pre-pandemic and again in August this year. He had what we wanted, in the colour we wanted so we agreed a purchase then and there, Three weeks later he single-handedly delivered our new Rayburn and removed our ancient No1 which had seen better days. All done within an hour. Granted he's not great at answering emails, unless you have made a purchase, he is sometimes slow at answering his mobile but if you persevere you will get through. I have read reviews about him being rude, we have not found this to be the case, he is polite but a man of few words. My advise is to speak to him, visit, and take it from there. We are very happy with our purchase and the way it was handled. Would we recommend him and his company - yes!
