David responded quickly to emails, was available in a reasonably short time to do a 'major defects survey' of the house we are buying, and produced a detailed report with a number of photographs, good explanations and recommendations. In contrast to another survey experience I had in the past which was of the more bland and standard text variety. Also at a competitive price. Would be very happy to use again.

David Dovey-Walker was absolutely great from the start. Very helpful, very easy to talk to and very professional. The survey he suggested was exactly what we wanted. The survey arrived by email as requested within a couple of days of the survey itself. We were really pleased with the layout, the detail, and the way he had explained everything in layman's language with very clear photographs of particular bits that needed attention and really useful suggestions as to what might need doing/considering before exchange of contracts plus he said we could phone him if we needed to clarify anything (but that wasn't necessary). I highly recommend David. I don't think you could do better. Thank you David, much appreciated.
