I had an interview to work for this company as a Concierge quiet recently, and considering prior reviews, i can see why they're rated so very low. My first contact with Mark was rather poor, bad grammar in his emails and signed of with Fab see you then. M. I showed up 10 minutes before my interview time in Doncaster to be greeted by a distressed Irish lady who persisted in saying how stressed she was. I were then greeted by the Manager of the building, a guy called Mark, with a lady to conduct my interview. The interview lasted for about 40 minutes of which i was told by Mark, that Customer service doesn't exist any longer, it's now called (The Customer Experience). (What a bizarre statement), I thought at the time. The Lady who sat with him looked petrified through the entire interview, and hardly spoke a word or asked me a single question. On completion of the interview on Friday afternoon I was then told by Mark that he had other people to interview the following Wednesday, and that he'd be in touch after that day. Last Friday I duly emailed Mark to ask him for a potential decision or at the very least some feedback on my application. I have not been called, responded to by email or even had any information disclosed with regards to my application or interview. All I wanted was some communication either way, but to be ignored it appears that's the way your company and employees see fit to promote your services. POOR, POOR ALL ROUND.

Avoid - these people do not answer phones, do not answer emails but will answer should you wish to pay - strange that. Do not ever engage with this company.

Mainstay manage the Budenberg Haus projects in Manchester. Lost a parking permit and despite contacting them within 3 hours asking for a replacement and then following up through email, text and physically knocking on the office door, it took 41 days and 2 parking fines to get a replacement. In fighting the ticket (because how do you get a brick wall to dispense a permit?) I have spent another 2 months trying to get a reply from the property manager, who definitely knows I exist because the security guard showed me her message saying she will give me a call after I was forced to push a hard copy of my email chain under the office door. Tired of all absence of communication on their part, I contacted mainstay group who put me through to her extension. I left a voicemail and called customer services back to explain how important it was I get a response. They cut me off as soon as they heard my name, so I called back AGAIN and asked why I'm STILL being ignored. I was told the agent would copy the property manager and her manager into the callback request but to email the details over and she would forward it on. 1 week later, guess what's been deactivated? And the website is difficult to navigate to find a replacement email, so here I am!! Writing a review on the off chance someone actually reads this and replies!!
