Excellent service from Chris and ITP Plumbing. I would highly them for any plumbing issues. We had a leak from our shower/sink upstairs that was coming through the ceiling below. Chris was able to come round a couple of days after I called and completely repair everything within a few days. Chris found the issue after a thorough investigation and explained everything to me, showing me the problems and the pipework in the bathroom, outside the house, etc. Chris then fixed the issue and put everything back together perfectly. He was on time, professional, and polite throughout and he clearly cared about doing a good job that will last. He slightly underestimated the work initially but did not charge me for the extra bit of labour, which I really appreciated.
