Our Freddy my shorkie puppy had a very nice and friendly hair cut and nails clipped etc by jeanette at kinder cut. Really nice lady very loving and caring to our fred. Would highly recommend.

Although her grooming skills are reasonable her customer service skills are not so good. I attended for a couple of years, as she was my local groomer. I was constantly accused of not combing my pet, even though I used to sit and comb her regularly for over an hour at a time (she has such tightly curled Bischon fur), anyway I used to try my best. The final straw for me was when I accidentally missed my grooming appointment (the first time in 2 years I might add) - I was very disappointed that I wasnt contacted to see where I was, otherwise I would have been straight round (and would not have mistakenly missed it because I had put it in my phone wrong). I was shocked that not only was I not given any opportunity to make it by being contacted , but I was charged 20 for the missed appointment (again I hadnt ever missed an appointment before this). My new groomers told me when I started using them after this, that they would always attempt to contact a client that hadnt shown up, but I havent yet missed an appointment with them. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, one chance is not an unreasonable expectation.
