After enjoying our holiday in sunny Spain, my partner & I arrived home to our boiler leaking gas - completely unexpected and not ideal given the dropping temperatures. We have only been in our first home for a period of 8 months or so and had completed small jobs around the house to make it feel out own. This was a completely different task however, and what we thought would be a quick boiler swap turned into a drawn-out process whilst we tried to solve our poor water pressure. Paul was the first engineer to visit us and rather than treat the symptoms, he identified the cause and directed us to what needed resolving first. As first time buyers, he could have identified what was the easiest job for him and his engineers and we would have agreed. However, Paul was open & honest in regards to our options and kept in touch throughout whilst we addressed our pressure issues. Once a fitting date was agreed (which was a really quick turnaround compared to other contractors we spoke to), Ged and John were at our property for a day and half completing a complete overhaul of our existing system. Both guys were an absolute pleasure to be around and I genuinely couldn't recommend them, and Paul, in a higher regard. We're currently 24 hours into having a warm house again and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you, or anyone you know, find yourself in a similar situation to my partner and I, then please don't hesitate to contact Paul and the guys at The Boiler Club. The thought of needing a complete new system was fairly daunting for a new homeowner, but Paul & Co made it a comfortable experience and I'm thankful we chose them. Thanks a bunch guys! They did exactly what they said they would. On time, very efficient, very tidy and extremely professional. A new boiler and pipe work all done in one day by 2 very pleasant fitters who took time to answer all my questions and show me (a technophobe) how to work the Hive app. I would recommend The Boiler Club Online to anyone thinking of this type of job. Having gone through the process of getting lots of quotes for my first time buying a new boiler, I had no trouble deciding to go with The Boiler Club. They offered me the best priced boiler and installation; were happy to spend time talking through my options (and answering my many questions!) and on time for every appointment and promised telephone call. When getting a boiler installed, you want professionals who give clear explanations, arrive on time, are reasonably priced and do the job well and Paul, Steve and Chris went above and beyond to provide an excellent service.
