Dr M Clark - Awburn House Surgery

Changed over from another local GP service and the difference in service is just amazing! Online consult is fab and whenever I or my family have used this we have had prompt advice.

I have only ever had good experiences with the doctors here until yesterday. The doctor acted like he didnt want to be there, he wasnt interested in anything I had to say, completely dismissed what I was explaining to him, I had to repeat what I was telling him at least three times. Ive never seen this doctor in there but I have never been there for my back. It was so disappointing that I came home and cried tears. I have never had a doctor treat me with such contempt. I am disabled with osteoarthritis and Multiple Sclerosis and he just completely ignored what I was saying. It was very disappointing.

Always have good experiences with the gp practice but today far out surpassed how good they are. Dr Hanna sat and listened, advised and comforted me. She was amazing. I couldnt be more thankful for her time and patience with me today. Highly recommend the practice.

A great practice that's clearly well-run, with friendly and approachable doctors and staff. It has an old-school, village surgery vibe, that is rare to find these days. They're a pleasure to deal with and I feel safe and secure knowing my healthcare is in their hands.
