Got to be the worse GP I've ever visited in my life and I've been to many before. They never have appointments available for anyone not even my daughter who is under 1 years old. The staff are very rude, Very judgemental. Wouldn't recommend at all!!!

Absolutely shocking surgery! Accompanied my 70 yr old mother to this practice and could not believe how rude, inconsiderate staff were. What type of health care professional tells the patient their opinion about their own health is irrelevant?? 70yr old woman just survived cancer and heart attacks is sent home with no answers, in pain and not seen. Brushed off like an inconvenience. Didn't even want to give the one star but had to, to comment

Very bad service , I have no idea when they have changed to telephone consultation first, the doctor will decided if the patients need to be seen or not. I had my MRI scan late last year, then after a month they have receive the scan resolution no one contacted me as the rceptionest said" we did receive it , but the doctor has not look into it yet. I was shocked to hear this. Last month, my 4 years old daughter walk up in the morning with a cold and cannot speak out. Husband called GP but 1 hour no answer then finally get through no one can see her. Ended with went to walk in center which is 25minutes drive. What is point to have a GP five minutes away but you have no chance to be see on the day and you cannot make any appointment to the GP on the day at all.
