We visited on 11/12/22 for lunch, once seated the place was freezing cold inside, had two meals that where below average, not very warm food and the burger bun was rock hard and inedible, however this was replaced, still not great a we defiantly wont be returning.

Always seen whilst driving past and wanted to eat here. It was open and we were early 4.40pm Saturday. Sat in a booth. Whole place was cold inside kept coat on. Ordered brisket beef cooked for 15 hours 20 and burger with some of that brisket in it too 16.50. A cider and beer. Cider and beer lovely. The waitress was fabulous and so friendly and helpful. Thank you. Extra Pickles were a joy. You were the best bit about this experience and worth the 3.50 service charge added to our bill without us being informed at the end when we paid the manager at the desk. So beware the brisket beef was tough and chewy it came out in thick slivers and my husband grew an extra cheek muscle eating it. I removed the fatty thick slices of the same beef added to my burger because it ruined it. The chips were fine nothing special but hot at least. The slaw was fine but cheap mayo used in it so not really creamy and needed some seasoning. Why do restaurants save money providing cheap condiments. I asked for ketchup and mayo for my chips and given bottles if the cheapest vinigary stuff you get in greasy spoon cafes. Chips ruined with cheap sauce. So all in all the waitress was good. Food NOT. Beef cooked for 15 hours ? ?? Will not return here. 65 badly spent. The manager could not have provided any more excuses as to why I was wrong about their A.mazing beef. When I tried to share our experience.
