The team at zoic are second to none. Complete novice and the guys helped me choose the appropriate equipment needed to start and prep my finds. No question was insignificant and wasn't left feeling like an idiot. Package's came well wrapped and in time for Xmas. I had received everything I ordered and to my surprise somethings I didn't. Fantastic service from a fantastic team. Will be a returning customer for sure when I can save up for the Chicago.

I had something go missing in the post recently. One email sent off to zoic about the problem and they sent me a kind email and a replacement straight away. Problem solved. It seems clear that this is a business run by people who care!
