When Frank of GILLCOURT properties contacted me and offered to help rent out my property, my first thought was... here we go again! And you know... I equally wanted to save the fee so i said to him thank you but no. But after losing 2 months rental income plus the stress involved especially from the time wasters, I went back to Frank and signed with him. I'm so glad I did, he was so professional but friendly. He found me a professional tenant within 10 days and the whole exercise was stress free. Eight months down the line, I couldn't wish for a better tenant. He maintains my property and pay his rent on time. A million thanks to Frank and his team at GILLCOURT. You were so efficient, effective and informative. I recently let my property with GILLCOURT and the service was outstanding, The team was excellent, from finding a tenant to answering all our enquiries! Frank Gill was particularly excellent, he found us great tenants, was professional throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. GILLCOURT properties managed my property which was also rent through them. Great service from the team especially Frank Gill. Any issues was dealt with promptly. I had issues with the tenants leaving the property. Frank help massive to solve the situation, will definitely use/recommend again. Thanks again guys!

Gillcourt property is an outstanding estate agency; they were simply amazing during the sale of my property - very quick, effective and honest. In fact, they intensely negotiated on my behalf and in the end achieved a very good price which was more than I expected. To be honest when I first met Frank although he explained the whole process including his action plans, I remember saying to myself well they all say that, dont they? But eventually I signed his Terms of business and he got started, boy he just kept going. His professionalism and friendly services were second to none. He was always there for us every step of the way - the feedbacks, update and recommendations were awesome. Just what you will expect from an estate agent - but we dont always get them. Do we? If I was to sell or buy a house again, I will definitely use Frank of Gillcourt properties and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who will need their service.
