        Great group to be part of! After lockdown I struggled with getting back to a good fitness routine, and joining this bootcamp was the push I needed to take my exercise and food seriously again - all whilst having a great time :)

        My brothers been a coach for 10 years but I've never been around when he's ran a bootcamp. Recently I had the opportunity to be apart of it and all I can say is that it was the most fun I've had in a long time. What an awesome group of people and a fantastic session. Felt exhausted after but not totally wiped out. It was nice to see Luke takes the stretching just as serious as the exercise to keep them all injury free. Keep going bro - Proud of you!

        Great bootcamp! I wanted to get in shape now lockdown is easing and Barking Bootcamp has been just the ticket! Luke is a great trainer both knowledgeable and friendly. It's a fun atmosphere and I find myself really looking forward to the sessions. Would definitely recommend regardless of your fitness level.
