Barking Hospital

Brought my stepson up here for a suspected broken finger and was very rudely told by the receptionist we're not seeing any patients go to another hospital. Didn't even give me a chance to speak. That is absolutely disgusting customer service and a severe display in a lack of empathy. Why on earth have you hired people like this????

I had a CT scan here. There was no waiting, I had arrived early and I was seen straight away. Lovely helpful staff. You have to pay for parking on leaving, but I was told it's free for the first 3 hours.

Waited 3 hours to be seen which took less than 10min. Unprofessional service (all apart from the receptionist woman). Nurse was swearing in front of us.

Today we went to urgent care walkin centre , the receptionist was absolutely rude , It took her 7 attempts to input a name , also kept sending people back to sit without registering, she kept saying come back after 20 minutes. (she said this to atleast 8 people at different times) , when i went to register she literally rolled her eyes and took a big sigh , kept making faces at every sentence, every single person in waiting room kept whispering how rude the receptionist is but ofcourse as everyone was sick they wanted to just get seen by the doctor. Irony is they had a poster saying we are giving training to frontline staff as poor attitude was reported . I dont think your training has helped this specific person, However the doctor and nurses were lovely! Well done on that !
