absolutely not competent staff. they lose documents... they didn't say about additional payment for services. when I asked for information on how to pay for the service, I was told that the person responsible for this is not here on Monday or Tuesday. bypass this place with the tenth road

Guys I just join highgrove surgery around six months ago..and believe me I visited surgery to see my doctor..dr jugdav is my doctor..such a wonderful humble and very intelligent doctor..always listen to your problem and treat you very well..Naver bother about time..my previous dr was horrible person.,first of he got no time for patient., so guys trust me ..if you join this surgery must see dr jagdav .,take care

This is more than 5 time i called receptionist for appointment for my baby but always they said go A&e emergency they never gave appointment even its serious. even on reception call they don't listen you properly cut the phone . Its ridiculous seevice no body listen to you . Very bad service

Bearing in mind that I am a cancer patient. Im in the process of leaving this surgery as the past few years have been horrendous. The clinician has sent me for the wrong scans (x-rays when it should have been MRI) My medical records claim say mu diabetic foot check has been done, the clinician didnt even look at my feet when I attended the appointment. No one bothers to contact you with test results anymore. Ive called numerous times and have asked for call backs when they have dealt with my questions, I have not received any. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone, least of all to anyone with any serious conditions. As for the receptionists, they havent got a clue!, Dr Garcia isnt much better either, he only seems interested in patients filling in surveys & giving the vaccines.
