Very unprofessional and as the other people said in past review even the Dr as well I took appointment for my son few times about his on going cough for more than a month they keep telling me that it's viral will go away by it self they says no infection or anything to worry about At the end I took him to the A&E as his symptoms were get worse when they observe him they find out chest infection and start treating with antibiotics. My advice is to please don't listen to them and take ur kids to somewhere as soon as possible rather than keep listening to them People saying NHs is free that's why they treating people like this but it's not as they run by our tax money and we should be treated by respect
