The Green House Surgery

Awful experience with this surgery! I have 2 kids and as you understand I visit them quite often! But you cant make appointment, there is always long time waiting on the phone, more than one hour! For my 7 years old I had an appointment regarding her swollen under eye area! So 3 times we did the urine test, one time we were given the wrong sample, next they missed to fix the label so on the third time they loose the sample! We finally got the appointment, the doctor said that the eyes are fine but he will pass the case to a more competitive doctor! 4 months have passed and we didnt get any appointment from them! Another day I made an appointment for my 1 year old daughter, and the lady from reception gave me the appointment time! When I went to the surgery they said the appointment is at White House Surgery! So I went home, took the stroller and I went to the bus station! 3 buses passed and all were full and with no place for a buggy! When waiting, the doctor from White House Surgery called me to inform that today she cant see us and we will be called back to rearrange the appointment! At that point, the lady from GP reception that I spoke in the morning, called me and spoke to me very rude, arguing that she told me the location! And as I remember is the second time happening to me this kind of things, not sure about the same receptionist!

Worst surgery ever. I wish i could give 0 star. The worst service you can ever get. I stood on phone call queue for 1 hour 27 minutes and they called me back and rang me for 4 seconds. By the time i pick up the call. They disconnected. Seriously, this surgery is absolute joke

Called 8am sharp to get an appointment and it said fully booked how is that even possible, surgery just opened.
