Unable to register my son! I and my partner registered here since 2016. Since last July 2022, I have been trying to register my 2.5 years son here. today we attended our normal appointment and asked reception for my sons registration, as I have failed to register online. Reception said they are not taking any NHS patients and dont know when. That means all of us may need to move to different dentists. Note: they took details of my son but are not sure if they will register him/not. Thank you.

I needed some long overdue root canal work and was initially being treated by Raja, who I have to say is not the friendliest or most empathetic dentist I have ever met. I was recommended to switch to another dentist after Raja cancelled several appointments and I was switched to Christine. Christine is a breath of fresh air: pleasant, non judgemental, professional and diligent. She always explains exactly what she is doing and talks through all the options before carrying out any work. She has carried out the work I needed doing along with some fillings and she has given me advice for how to prevent needing further work in future. I don't feel as fearful of the dentist now as I did before and this is a credit to her and her ability to put her patients at ease.

The 5 stars is for the hygienist, Mikaila (or Mikayla, I didn't get the spelling). She is gentle, extremely kind, and both quick and efficient. Having teeth cleaned/treated isn't always a pleasant experience yet she makes it as smooth as possible and is definitely the main reason I stay at this practice.
