I don't understand what you guys expect from these staff. I was there today and it was very difficult for me to stand there because there was no AC. All the chocolates melted and the staff told me that the chiller was not working for two years and the AC was not working for almost a year and many customers abused us for no reason. No one understands that it is the company's fault and that these people are working in such an environment. We should thank them and inform the seniors there to get the chiller and AC fixed, they are human too.

Not open at 7:25am (was meant to be open at 7am) no one else inside except the person behind counter sitting in back room. Refused to accept my parcel from Hermes despite ringing and stating that I would be picking up soon after. Terms and conditions for parcel collection are not made clear anywhere. Disappointing customer service.

I had an encounter with Sonya on Sunday 23rd May @ 10.40 to 11.10 which I am going to pursue with Head Office. I sincerely hope the in-house CCTV was recording. The level of customer service was shocking to say the least. She advised me she was going to call her manager and when I responded please do, she decided against it. She had made an error on the amount I had won on lottery tickets - when she finally checked there was no apology her comment was that I was rude for stating what would be Best Practice! Zero rating
