Co-op Food - Faircross Parade

Placed an order online tonight. Got email saying what items I'd be getting which would be 10 items to recieve. I then only get 3 out of the 10 items. Spoke to the driver for him to say he collected 2 orders and there was only one bag for my address when there should of been 2 due to the size of the items missing. I tried calling the shop 6 times and each time it's just been left to ring constantly. It's ridiculous and I've been charged for them items I haven't recieved and it's alot of money to not get the stuff. It's so wrong I've contacted coop customer services and will be reporting this shop as its not the first time I've had items not arrive but those times was only 1 or 2 not almost the whole order.

If you're unable to run grocery deliveries, don't offer it. Last 4 times they either replace simple items or cancel the order. Unreliable shop on Uber Eats.

A nice little convenience store with a good selection of products across the board.

Long ques allways. Mixture of very polite and extremely rude staff! If there was any competition for this shop it would be empty.
