Rude delivery driver. I didn't open the door in 0.0001 seconds of him arriving and once I did he had terrible attitude. Almost even threw the food bag into my hands. Horrible.

I must order or crave this every single week!!! Food always hot and of amazing quality when delivered and very speedy, never wait too long. Sometimes I pick up and told to collect in 5 minutes and its always fresh. Sometimes deliver and delivery driver is very polite and friendly. Best Chinese 100% recommend, absolutely delicious

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Lucky Inn restaurant. The problem began when I placed my order through the Uber Eats app. Initially, everything seemed fine - they accepted my order and I was excited to receive my meal. However, just 5 minutes later, the restaurant cancelled my order, claiming that I had called them to do so. This was absolutely not true; I never made any such call to them. Due to this miscommunication, I was caught in a frustrating situation. Uber Eats informed me that they wouldn't be able to refund my money since Lucky Inn had already started preparing the order when they claimed I had cancelled it. When I called Lucky Inn to address this issue, they admitted that they had made a mistake. However, there was no offer to rectify the situation, leaving me out of pocket and without the food I had ordered. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has completely soured my impression of the restaurant.

Omg tasteless food. I just got my order im soo disappointed seriously dont waste your money and time here. Ordered shared platter: the chicken satay totally dry undercooked and unchewable. The seaweed overcooked. The pancakes oily and weird shaped and thin hardly anything inside. The ribs one was full of fat and a hair! Prawn toast oily and edges burnt tasteless. The pot of ?sauce not sure what its meant to be but burnt and smelled off. The mixed chicken and prawn balls are not ball shaped oily and undercooked all dry and soggy mixed dough inside and hardly any prawn or chicken inside. The rice with moxed meat prawn etc was soggy totally tsteless and same with noodles we got. The sour res sauce thing smelled totally off and they gave crackers with it. I mean not one single thing was good and all tasteless. Only thing deliver was on time and the food was warm.. Forgot to mention hair in rib and the balls were dry soggy not cooked properly inside and hardly any filling. I just ordered with another local chhinese restaurant ended up spending more money tonight as i made mistake and did not check review before
