For almost ten days now, I have been in contact with this company for use of their services for our wedding next year. From initial contact I was told our date was available, and we proceeded to have quotes given and a site visit was done. Since the site visit I have been waiting for a CAD design to be sent to me, so we could confirm my booking. The whole time during my communication, I had to keep chasing for updates, to be told "we are busy" which during the current climate I was very understanding. Then much to my disappointment I recieved the following email yesterday. "Sorry not to get back to you sooner. I am afraid a huge job has just come in for that weekend for 850 guests and we now cant take on anything else." I am absolutely shocked at the lack of respect and pure selfishness this company has shown, at no time during my communication with this company did they ever state that there could possibly be a larger booking for the weekend we would need. Ten days this company has wasted my time, in which I could have found another to help. Especially since alot of wedding vendors have been booking up quickly due to postponements during the pandemic. The fact that I never even had an apology in the above email, nor did they try and recommend another company that might have been able to help. This company has no appreciation for potential customers, and they will write you off as soon as they see an opportunity for more money. I have never seen such poor buisness practise, and I am absolutely disgusted by their behaviour. I have aired my grievances in an email. I have not had a response, and I'm not holding out hope for one either. My advice is don't even bother!

I could not fault White Horse Marquees. They put up a wonderful marquee last October for one daughter's wedding and have just done another wedding for us. Bertie and his wonderful team did a great job. There were many last minute changes all of which were done without any fuss. The marquee looked superb. I could not recommend this company more highly.

Absolutely delighted with the entire service from White horse marquees. Very helpful, flexible, Reliable and supportive. The whole experience from first contact to the very end of hire has been very easy and so reliable. Communication is excellent and the quality of their equipment and work is second to none. The prettiest traditional marquee any of my guests have seen. The best marquee company in Dorset and we will look forward to working with Frances and Bertie anytime in the future when we can all have a party again!!

Simply the best marquee company. Bertie and Francie were so fab. We got married a few weeks ago and Whitehorse went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. With torrential rain the day before the wedding Bertie was on site first thing in the morning to lay extra flooring and tracking. Not only was the service great, their tents are the most beautiful we have ever seen with lovely handmade wooden details and trims. Listen to their advice and get the lining! We were so thrilled and it all looked fabulous. Thank you Whitehorse!!
