Steve has been servicing my gas fire for over 8 years. He always arrives at the agreed time and prepares the working area with dust sheets. He spends time dismantling the entire fire cleaning as he goes. I have total confidence in his work and would recommend him to anyone. He has a good line in banter too and I always look forward to his visits.

Steve has just replaced our gas fire.... He arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He was such a nice guy and explained everything we needed to know about our new appliance. He was so neat and tidy and the room was left spotless. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much Steve.

This gas engineer is the best I have ever used, his customer service is outstanding. He installed a new gas oven with the help of another colleague John who is a kitchen fitter and electrician. Absolute perfection in every detail. I have purchased a new gas fire and had problems with the supplier, Steve came to my house to check what I had chosen but suggested a far better fire at an excellent price. He arranged a chimney sweep while the fires were removed and the neighbours were fascinated when they saw the brush came out of the chimney pots and the smoke bombs!! Next week, he is returning at 9am to service the front dining room fire and re-install it. Then he goes to my rear lounge where he has to remove bricks as the chimney is no longer compliant with new regulations. He then installs the new gas fire. What I like about this gentleman he has explained step by step what he is doing and has fitted my hospital appointments into the schedule. Even if I had to change at very short notice, nothing was a problem, even with the chimney sweep and scrap man. I wouldn't use anyone else but the best. I highly recommend this gentleman and his team of workers. I have a certificate from the chimney sweep to confirm the work was done to UK standards. He uses a fully qualified electrician / kitchen fitter. No loud music they just got on with the work involved. 5 ***** even more, he was in contact by mobile phone or text me if I asked him a question or he needed to inform me of his time of arrival. I have health problems and this man respected my disabilities and needs. They used there own dust sheets and vacuumed through the hallway when finished.This team went to the moon and back to give me what I wanted. Perfection in every way.
